It was an awesome experience to present at #DisruptHRJozi earlier this year. It is great to see these global events taking place in our hometowns in South Africa. There is now a DisruptHR Conference in Cape Town and Durban. The format for these events is very different but quite simple. Each presentation consists of 20 slides. The slides change automatically every 15 seconds, whether you have finished what you needed to say or not!
