Who I am

I'm an international AI strategist and Talent Sourcing Trainer, focused on helping recruitment teams use AI properly, not just enthusiastically. I train Talent Acquisition teams and agencies on how to uncover better talent, work more efficiently, and utilise generative AI in a way that genuinely supports a modern hiring workflow without compromising the human element.
