My testing process usually leads to three outcomes:

I found an AI tool that works beautifully, and I started testing it immediately. If it’s easy to use, functional, and valuable to recruiters, it gets my stamp of approval.

The tool is either buggy, has a terrible user experience or is too expensive for what it does. If it makes recruiters’ lives harder instead of easier, it’s a no-go.

🙄 The tool is good, but the company disappears after the demo. No follow-up, no product updates, no ongoing support? That’s a dealbreaker.
