It was an absolute honour to receive an email from Adriaan Kolff inviting me to part of his new series of MatcHR Webinars. I had eagerly devoured all of the presentations in the first series and loved every one of them. Adriaan asked me to present about how I became a Talent Magnet. He wanted to know how I reached the tipping point of when your Talent is more inbound than having to constantly rely on outbound reach outs.
