DevConf has been a Conference that had been on my radar for several year. To be honest, I love any event that is Community driven. Here is what the Organisers of DevConf have to say about themselves:

I have known Rob MacLean for several years and our paths always seem to cross somewhere in the IT Industry. His co-organiser, Candice Herodotou, is also amazing! Together they put on one of South Africa’s most popular, and well supported, IT Conferences. Hats off to both of them.
