Radio Interview: 702 Talk Radio – Hiring for Skills vs Character
It was a wonderful surprise to receive a phone call from South Africa’s Top Talk Radio Station asking if I would be a guest on their show. I was interviewed by the unflappable Clement Manyathela and I gave advice about whether Companies should be hiring for Skills or hiring for Attitude. It was an awesome debate with good points raised on both sides of the debate.
